You may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to AUD $75.

Accounts not paid within 14 days of invoice date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend further services until payment is received.
